It’s well equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with an eight-slice convection toaster oven (large enough for a small-to-medium pizza) and a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker that accommodates both K-cups and full pots.



The home also includes two remodeled bathrooms, fresh paint, new flooring throughout, a new dining set, updated entertainment center, and brand-new comforters, blankets, and shower curtains. Both bedrooms are outfitted with wall-mounted 32” flat-screen TVs, while the living room features a 55” flat-screen—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Things to Know

Full kitchen

Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the building and anywhere on the property within 20 feet of any structure. This policy includes all private balconies; violators of this rule are subject to a $100 fine

No pets allowed

EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Trailers are not permitted to be parked on the property or in the parking lot.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
