This lovely home is split into two apartments. The charming upstairs apartment has all the comforts of home that you'd like to bring on vacation with you. Relax in the living room that boasts plush furniture and a large TV to stream movie marathons on. Sip your morning coffee and feel the ocean breeze on the balcony providing a spectacular Atlantic Ocean view.
Serve your loved ones home-cooked meals at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms downstairs and five bedrooms upstairs ensure everyone will receive a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. For extra space, a sofa bed is provided. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
