Welcome to the Vier Jahreszeiten, Building 1, Apartment 9!

This 43 m² apartment in Großenbrode can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for a relaxing vacation on the coast. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a village and offers a great view of the sea and the beach. The short walk to the beach is especially convenient: the beach is only about 100 m away!

The apartment has two rooms in total, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Heating is available to ensure comfortable temperatures. Additionally, the apartment is accessible by elevator, making your stay especially comfortable.

Amenities include an open kitchen that’s directly connected to the living room, as well as a dining area with a dining table. The living area features a sofa and armchairs, along with a stereo system, radio, and TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for daily life: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and dishes and silverware.

For your everyday convenience, there is also a shared washing machine and dryer.

The covered balcony is particularly nice, allowing you to spend time outdoors even when the weather is changeable. Balcony furniture is also available. If you’re arriving by car, a free private parking space is available.

The seaside location makes for a versatile stay. In addition to swimming and walking, activities such as sailing, surfing, fishing, biking, hiking, Nordic walking, jogging, and water sports are also available. In addition, you’ll find sports facilities such as beach volleyball, basketball, and soccer in the surrounding area. Playgrounds are available for families, and children are warmly welcome. Book your stay and enjoy the proximity to the beach in Großenbrode.Shopping options are about 950 m away, restaurants are about 500 m away, and a doctor’s office, bank, and ATM are also nearby.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
