Experience the best of Millville with this lovely, two-story home in the renowned Millville By The Sea complex! Located in a vibrant neighborhood, guests have access to three shared outdoor pools, basketball, bocce ball, and pickleball courts, a fitness center, a grilling area, a crab shack, a dock for launching paddleboards and kayaks, and a clubhouse with a pool table. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the walking and nature trails nearby, perfect for exploring the serene surroundings. Millville, although a smaller town, offers several attractions and activities for visitors to enjoy nearby, including Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island State Park, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, Bayside Resort Golf Club, Indian River Inlet (fishing), Holts Landing State Park, Delaware Seashore State Park, Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery, Fenwick Wine Cellars, and DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum. As you step inside, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Curl up comfortably on any of the sofas in the living room and watch a fun show or movie on the smart TV with cable and streaming services.
