It was clean and homey, in an incredible location, and a really easy and smooth process checking in and out. Great use of space and fantastic screened in porch. The beach passes leveled up the stay quite a bit. Really amazing value, we are very happy with our whole experience here.

Great cottage within walking distance to the beach! Passes allow you to go to Middlesex beach which is less crowded. Enjoyed the screened in porch. :)

We were a party of seven and stayed for a long weekend. The house was great, especially with a large group. What we loved most was its location among pine trees. There was a cool breeze and it wasn't out in hot sun. This is not something you usually find at the shore. The access to a private beach was an extra plus and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Much better than a crowded beach. All in all, I would definitely recommend this to others.

House is located in a great area - I loved that we could walk to the beach! I understand this was dog friendly, but the couch felt too dirty to sit on without covering. We went to Walmart to buy some sheets to put on top before getting comfy. The beds felt clean though. Everything else was fine, nothing extraordinary.
