This duplex offers a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying the natural beauty of Avoca.
Ideally situated, allowing guests to enjoy ocean views and refreshing sea breezes from the deck. It`s also conveniently located just a short stroll away from the sandy shores of
Avoca Beach.
The property is situated in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Spread over two levels, air-conditioning on the upper level which can be especially useful during hot summer days.
Being a short walk from the beach means that guests can easily spend their days by the ocean and return to the property for relaxation.
It`s a wonderful place to spend a vacation or getaway, with its combination of ocean views, proximity to the beach.

arrangements consist of 1 x Single bunk and a full sized single trundle bed, plus a queen size sofa bed.

protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time

Easy to stay here with teens. Separate bedroom and bathroom with sitting room downstairs. Big upstairs family lounge room with open kitchen. Large deck.
Big treat to see whales whilst seated on the lounge !

Lovely modern duplex in great location less than 5 mins walk to beach and shops. Stunning view. Clean and very well equipped. Nice layout with Kids downstairs and adults upstairs.
