À propos de cette location de vacances
Spend your days swimming, boating, and soaking up the summer sun at this waterfront home on the southwestern shores of Lake Anna. Spacious and full of sunlight, this house has a private dock with a swimming platform, an open deck, a fire pit and a screened porch at the water's edge.
Begin each morning with coffee on the back deck that runs the length of the house, where you can catch the sun coming up over Lake Anna. Head across the lawn to launch the two provided kayaks from the dock, returning home in time for a homemade breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen.
This home is full of options for family entertainment, whether you're hosting a lunchtime barbecue on the gas grill, watching TV and playing board games in the great room, or retreating downstairs to the open game room with billiards, foosball, Ping-Pong, and another TV. The HOA also hosts a private marina and tennis courts if you're looking for a bit more activity.
At night, you'll find that all bedrooms have TVs and attached bathrooms. Additional features include central air-conditioning throughout the house and a private washer/dryer for all your laundry needs.

The house is exactly as pictured. The home was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The deck is huge and the view is stunning. We didn't get to enjoy the little house down by the dock but it's a great extra touch. We couldn't get into the house with the code but we were able to get help right away. I will definitely return.

The property was nice and the view of the sunrise was outstanding. It wasn’t very clean and there is a reason why you’ll find a half dozen fly swatters in the kitchen drawers. It’s on the warm side of the lake so no easy access to the marinas, restaurants or any of the public beaches etc.
