2.5 miles from the beach, this stately 5 BD/4.5 BA end unit row home is just a few steps away from all that Bear Trap's sought after community offers including three championship golf courses, driving range, indoor lap and outdoor pool, a fully equipped fitness center, playground, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, and the clubhouse and restaurant. **There is a $65 per person amenity fee per week for ages 4 and up **.
It is just 2.5 miles from the award winning Bethany Beach and there is a beach shuttle that runs all summer and picks up a one minute walk from your home. Parking at the home is free and plentiful. The outdoor fenced in garden patio comes with a new propane barbecue (on the way) and the detached garage includes plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment including a pack 'n play.

The home will comfortably sleep 14 people and the bed and room set up is
First floor primary bedroom one king, attached full bath
Second floor BR2, queen two twins (bunk bed), BR3 queen, BR4 queen, two full baths, washer dryer.
Basement has BR5 with four more twins (2 bunk beds) and a queen pullout couch, full bath.
The kitchen is well stocked for 14 people and features newer stainless steel appliances (stove and microwave being replaced). The coffee maker is a combination K-Cup/Drip. Other appliances include a blender, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer, brand new knives. The dining room and kitchen will seat 10-12 comfortably. There is also a half bath nearby.
The living room has new furniture coming. There are 7 TVs with a cable package and internet access. Please bring your passwords.
The basement doubles as an additional living room and includes games.
