The Residence Mattinatella is situated in a prime location right on Mattinatella Bay, along the picturesque coastal road connecting Mattinata to Vieste. Nestled in a lush setting of pine and olive trees, our studio apartments have been recently renovated to offer an experience of total independence and relaxation. Each unit, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, features a double bedroom and a practical bunk bed located in the living room with a kitchenette. The true gem of each apartment is the veranda with a sea view—the ideal spot to enjoy the Gargano breeze at any time of day.

The crystal-clear sea at Mattinatella is about a 10-minute walk along a picturesque dirt path. This nature-filled path features a final flight of steps leading down to the beach; due to its terrain, the route is not particularly easy and is not recommended for strollers. Once you arrive, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning beach of fine gravel and crystal-clear waters.
