This 2-bedroom, 1-bath A-frame retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests and is ideally positioned along the fishing pond, just a short walk to the pool, playground, and tennis courts. Guests enjoy access to sandy beaches, three pools, sports courts, scenic ponds, and more.
The Space:
Chalet #93 features a classic A-frame layout with warm wood interiors and an inviting open-concept living area designed for gathering. The living room flows into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable setting for shared meals and downtime. Sliding doors lead to a screened porch overlooking the pond, offering a peaceful place to relax and take in the water views.
Upstairs, both bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate families and groups, offering flexible sleeping options in a comfortable setting. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main level.

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

I'm not certain what I was expecting. Very quaint, I enjoyed the wood construction. The bedrooms.... WAY to cramped.... there was really no using the top bunks.... In my head, would almost be better to put two sets of bunks in one bedroom and a double bed in the other.... with some type of ladder to assist with reaching the top bunks...... Also, microwave was not operational unless you picked a pre-programmed button and just watched it for the time you needed. No TP/Paper towels or hand soap at the sinks. The pool was great as was the access to walk the beach. Good location. I feel very undecided regarding my review.... the property is very dated, the bathroom needs some upkeep. But cozy. We had a nice time. And no issues with the electronics which is nice.
