You'll be perfectly positioned to watch the waves roll in at this two-bedroom, oceanfront condo in The Towers, where you'll have a private balcony overlooking the beach and a prime position only two blocks from Ocean City's famous boardwalk. Inside this classic condo are a number of at-home comforts and conveniences. There's central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and free WiFi throughout. The Towers is an oceanfront property at 29th Street in Ocean City. When you're not swimming in the on-site pool or lounging on the beach, you'll be two blocks from the north end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, across Coastal Highway from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and within blocks of popular restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and nightlife. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
