The Space:
This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, two-story home is located on a quiet street in North Ocean Pines, close to the fantastic family playgrounds at White Horse Park and Huntington Park. The Ocean Pines Community Center is less than a mile away, where you'll find all sorts of community events, from the excellent farmers market to Monday night movies in the park.
As you arrive, you'll find a home that's particularly suited for dog owners, with a fenced yard allowing your dogs to get plenty of exercise (and Huntington Park offering great open space as well). Enjoy grilling on the screened porch, relaxing in the sunroom, and preparing meals in a kitchen that's well-equipped for all types of cooking and baking. When you're not out exploring Ocean City just a short drive over the bay, you'll have additional amenities that include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms.

No smoking is allowed.
The futon in the sunroom provides an extra sleeping space.
Parking: Two driveway parking spaces are included with this rental.
Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental.
The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities.
Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.

Beautiful, quiet retreat from the crowds of OC, but very accessible when it felt like a beach day. The central air was a Godsend during the heat wave. Loved the screen porch for yoga, coffee, reading & glass of wine at night. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog. Beds were comfortable, though bring your own sheets if you’re sensitive to texture- the ones provided were clean and fine, but basic. Overall a lovely stay and a great value. Perfect for a few days getaway to relax into summer.
