The Space:
Find the best of both worlds at this oceanfront condo on the end of its floor at the Plaza Condominium. In addition to an oceanfront balcony on one side, there's a large bayside balcony on the other, giving you the option of sun or shade all day long.
Step inside to find a totally updated, air-conditioned living space with a newly renovated kitchen, new flooring throughout and many other upgrades in 2026 as well as bathrooms renovated in 2021. Plenty of entertainment for the entire family. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi for unlimited devices, wall-mounted HDTVs with Blu-ray players in the bedrooms, a large wall-mounted 4K TV and 4K Blu-ray player in the living room, a generous library of recent 4K and Blu-ray movies, and two Xbox One consoles with games.
The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
