Villa Marita is a spacious seafront estate located directly on the Adriatic coast in Karlobag, uniquely positioned halfway between Venice and Dubrovnik, where the Mediterranean sea meets the dramatic landscapes of Mount Velebit.
Designed for larger families and groups, the villa offers six en-suite bedrooms, generous indoor and outdoor living areas, a swimming pool, private sea access, and its own jetty directly in front of the property. With virtually no immediate neighbors and expansive open surroundings, the estate offers a rare sense of space and privacy rarely found on the Croatian coastline.
One of the villa’s most unique characteristics is its location between two completely different worlds — within minutes, guests can transition from swimming in the Adriatic Sea to exploring the fresh mountain climate and hiking trails of Velebit Nature Park.
