The apartment is situated a 15-minute drive from the historic centre of Vlorë, on the Albanian Riviera, a 5-minute walk from Government Villas Beach and a 6-minute drive from the popular Lungomare and Nosso Beaches.

Vlorë is one of Albania’s most important coastal cities, situated where the Adriatic Sea meets the Ionian Sea. It combines beaches, history and a lively waterfront atmosphere. One of Albania’s oldest cities, Vlorë\'s centre features broad boulevards, palm-lined squares and historic landmarks, including the Independence Monument and the nearby National Museum of Independence.

The closest restaurant is a 3-minute walk from the apartment, and for self-catering, there is a supermarket a 4-minute drive away.

The waters around the Karaburun Peninsula and Sazan Island offer boat trips to enjoy swimming and the dramatic coastal scenery. Trips can be taken from the ferry port.
