A detached, two-story farmhouse in a very idyllic location (built in 1915—renovated in 2016) with approximately 180 m² of living space, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the middle of a horse farm, accommodating a total of 14 people in a family-friendly, child-friendly atmosphere.
Ideal for families with children, family gatherings, social groups, hikers, cyclists, motorcycle groups, construction crews, and vacationers with their own horses.
Ample parking is available right next to the house.
Restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes away.
The Hemsbach Wiesensee and the Weinheim Waidsee, with their beach areas, offer plenty of fun and excellent recreational opportunities in the summer.
Both are just a few minutes away by car.
On the first floor, you’ll find the large kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms (both double rooms), a living room, a guest restroom, and a coat closet.
Four additional bedrooms (3 double rooms and 1 four-bed room), 2 bathrooms with 3 shower stalls, a bathtub, and a restroom are available on the first floor. Please note that we make the second bathroom available only for groups of 7 or more people (or upon request in advance).

A small children’s playground, an outdoor seating area with a separate refrigerator, and a barbecue area (large swivel grill; firewood available upon request) are located right next to the house. Please note that the outdoor facilities are only available from May (mid-May) through October (end of October).
