This property is great because it is close to the beach. It’s lovely to sit out on the patio and see the ocean and hear the waves. It is decorated nicely and has most everything you could ask for in the kitchen. However, the property and pool are dated. There is a musty smell upon entering the space that needs to be addressed. The pool could use more options for shade as you will bake in the sun. The property does have toys and pool chairs despite what management reports. The 9am checkout seems a bit early especially when you don’t get in earlier on checkin.

The place was amazing, very clean and roomy, one- or two-minute walk to the beach. The owner supplied you with extra pillows, blankets, beach towels, lots of bath towels, iron, blow dryers, beach chairs, toys, wagon, and many other items. This place had it all. We would stay at this place again it was also close to many things.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Check in was flawless. Hostess sent the code several days before our reservation and the house was ready for us when we got there. After an 11hr drive, we were able to get settled in with no frustration. We had 6 adults and 3 kids in our group and we were all comfortable with beds to spare! Condo was spacious and well laid out floor plan allowed us to be together without being cramped. The grandkids loved the loft area. The adults enjoyed the balcony where we could read our Bibles and drink coffee. Easy walk to the beach even for the toddler. There was a storage box and wagon full of sand/water toys and beach chairs. Full sized washer and dryer came in very handy to keep towels and swimwear fresh during our stay. The handheld vacuum and blower was a nice touch to keep sand to a minimum inside the condo after our beach days. Kitchen was fully stocked, even though we didn’t use it. We will defiantly keep this on our list for future trips and will be sharing with our friends!
