À propos de cette location de vacances
This Mediterranean villa welcomes you atop a hill with panoramic views stretching from the Monti dell'Uccellina to the sea. Four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a built-in shower, offer comfort and privacy, while the southwest-facing location ensures a cool atmosphere even in summer.
The heart of the home is the veranda with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, perfect for social gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. Each room has two entrances with direct access to the garden and a shaded porch.
The garden offers privacy and relaxation: each room has its own outdoor area with a small table, chairs, and deck chairs. You’ll find outdoor furniture and a large table for al fresco dining. Two benches invite you to take in the view of the sea, Elba Island, and the Gulf of Castiglione. Finally, a private pool for moments of relaxation.
You are in the Maremma Regional Park, surrounded by wild grasslands where wild boars, fallow deer, and horses roam. The beaches of Argentario, Castiglione della Pescaia, and Roccamare are less than 30 km away. You can visit historic villages such as Pitigliano and Sovana, the Saturnia Thermal Baths, or enjoy golf, kayaking on the Ombrone River, and horseback riding.
