Located on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building with an elevator, this bright apartment features large floor-to-ceiling windows and two lovely terraces. The first terrace (15 m²) faces due south, offering a magnificent sea view—perfect for al fresco dining, evening drinks, or simply relaxing. The second terrace (10 m²), facing north and overlooking the hills of Cannes, is set up as a utility area (housing the washing machine, drying rack, cleaning supply cabinet, etc.). The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 guests and includes:

- A spacious living room with an indoor dining area and a relaxation zone (sofa, TV),
- A south-facing bedroom with two single beds pushed together (180x190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub/shower and toilet),
- A north-facing bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and an en-suite shower room,
- A separate toilet,
- A well-equipped kitchen featuring a table, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances and kitchenware,
- Two large open closets (plus two closed ones that must remain locked),
- Wi-Fi and air conditioning,
- Games and books for the whole family,
- A large swimming pool (15x6 m) and a secure underground garage (2 spaces) complete the property.

This apartment is not solely a rental property; it is a comfortable, warm, and authentic home equipped with everything you need to enjoy a holiday with family or friends. You are welcome to read the books, play the games, and cook just as you would at home. We are happy to share it with you during a stay in Cannes.

To ensure peace and quiet for everyone, noise is not permitted after 10 p.m.
