Take in the lake views from this updated second-floor garden-style condo. The main floor features a living room with a fireplace, the dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a den, a full hallway bath, two bedrooms (including the primary suite), and access to the wraparound screened porch and small deck. The loft offers a full bathroom of its own. Extra perks include central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, four TVs, and a grill.
Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. The fireplace is not for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. We’ve stay at Sea Colony for years. In the past since Vacasa started managing we were not pleased on a number of levels, but this year was much improved service, cleanliness, and general management of facilities.
We would definitely come back to this specific home.

This apartment is a great place to spend some time at the beach for larger families and friends. It has multiple beds with great amenities. One of the benefits of its location within Sea Colony are the amenities (indoor pool, indoor tennis court and outdoor pools) for days with bad weather. Is a 15 minute walk to the beach access at the Sea Colony towers, but if you want to drive is only 5 minutes away.

This summer was our 3rd year renting this property. It is in absolute need of a paint job aa well as updates, as many things are broken. The cleaning service is awful. The positive is that the location is great and appreciate a home with all hard wood floors on the main level.
