Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs (including a 50' HD TV in living room), DVD, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental home features a horizon view. Rents from Sunday to Sunday during the summer season.

We had an amazing time and highly recommend this condo for young families.

We had a wonderful time in this unit. It's a little dated, but clean and lovely. Very stocked kitchen. Be advised that the patio is opened to a major route of foot traffic coming out of Brandywine, so there are lots of people passing the unit all the time. If you're hoping for quiet coffee outside in the morning, this is not the unit for you.
