A dedicated full bath for each bedroom ensures comfort and convenience for the whole group. This is not a brand new home. Need new pots and pans, some utensils showing wear. Spider webs in bedrooms. The pool is very small. You charge almost 950 to hear this tiny pool for the week. A house on Maryland Ave with a pool double the size heats the pool for under 500 for the week. Very far from the beach and downtown. Need more furniture in the screen porch

Bedding, bathrooms (although lacking in places to hang towels, wet suits, etc) quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen but pans are quite worn.
