With just a handful available in only four oceanfront Sea Colony buildings, the 3-bedroom, 2- bath point units are located in the '08' stack of the building and features ocean views from living area, master bedroom and second bedroom as well. Approximately 100 square feet larger than the end units and 215 square feet larger than the standard 2-bedroom-and-den floor plans in the building, it's really great from the '08's.' We have stayed in many different units and this is one of our favorites. Beds were generally good, kitchen is well stocked, and living room was comfortable. This unit is further away from the main activities and may not be best for everyone. We enjoyed the quieter feel.

Great stay at this beautiful condo. Right on the beach as described. Could hear the ocean in master bedroom and living area. Loved the well equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub were so much fun with a splash pad for the kids. The only drawback was the parking situation. We had a family of 8 coming from 4 different states with 4 cars and had to find alternative parking for two family members.
