Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis Magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Just a short distance away, you'll find the bustling Bethany Beach Boardwalk, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment. For outdoor enthusiasts, John West Park and the Assawoman Wildlife Area provide opportunities for hiking, birdwatching, and enjoying the area's natural beauty.
Offering spacious, single-level resort living, this updated top-floor seaside getaway features a living and dining area. This resort condo features a well-equipped full kitchen, including a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Amenities include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, three TVs, access to a beach locker, and complimentary WiFi. (The fireplace is not operational.)
The primary suite has a private bath and an ocean view.
Things to Know
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
