One of the Sea Colony Beach Community's largest floor plans, this spacious single-story seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen with a new fridge and dishwasher, full hallway bathroom, half bathroom and three bedrooms, including the primary suite. Sea Colony's Brandywine House is just steps to the resort half mile of private beach, oceanfront outdoor pools, indoor pool, fitness center, playground, tennis courts and barbecue area (with charcoal grills). With a community shuttle stop in front of the building, the amenities of the resort Tennis Community, including its world class tennis center, newly-expanded fitness center and additional outdoor pools, are just a short tram ride away. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are all modern in-home essentials.

We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The badge checker was very friendly. Our big issue was with the Sea Colony and not having 2 available parking spots. It really put a damper on our visit with all the driving around to find a spot. After we left the lot the first time, we were too afraid to go back out. We had a far walk to our vehicle. Every year I complain about the amenity passes being so costly because we only use the beach. When you pay so much for the rent of the condo, it doesn't seam fair, especially when we do not use anything other than the beach.
