Dig your toes in the sand at the complex's half mile of private beach or take a dip in one of 12 heated pools (two of which are indoors). Ranked by Tennis magazine as one of the best U.S. resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest resorts in the world, Sea Colony boasts world-class tennis courts and instruction. Community trams provide easy access to any amenity of your choice - a list that also includes fitness centers.
Back at home in your villa, there's space for the whole family to kick back and unwind. Settle into the living room and watch a movie, or play one of the provided board games around the six-person table. The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Need some fresh air post-dinner? Step outside to your furnished deck that's nestled under the trees.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older.
