The Space:
This Bayside Resort is truly a gem! When you book a stay, you will have access to a heated 75-foot, indoor pool, a hot tub, an aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art equipment. Outside, waterfront living is showcased at its finest with a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three outdoor pools, a kids’ splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and outdoor athletic courts - tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball. When you want to reconnect with nature, check out the community's ponds, pier, kayaking opportunities, and nature trails. Come evening, enjoy live performances at the Freeman stage. Updated and tastefully decorated, the interior of this condo is a space of pure peace. The spacious living room boasts plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. From here, you will also be able to enjoy the additional seating room, perfect for sunlit reading sessions. The gleaming well-equipped kitchen comes complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When you're ready to eat, dine at the breakfast bar, or at the formal dining table. Follow the nautical-themed decor into each of the bedrooms. The host was welcoming and the amenities were nice

We had a wonderful stay. The house was fantastic. Most guests enjoyed the beds, except for the twin beds, which were not particularly comfortable. Overall, the furniture was great and the fireplace was a wonderful place to relax in front of. However, the property could benefit from some minor updates. The wall leading upstairs needs to be repainted due to noticeable marks and scuffs. The pictures in the kitchen were slightly crooked, which was playing on my OCD. Check-in was effortless, but the 10-digit entry code was inconvenient. The driveway, combined with the neighbor's overgrown bush, caused difficulties for some passengers when entering and exiting the vehicle. Unfortunately, communication was solely handled by a company, rather than the host. When I contacted the host regarding an email about a late checkout, they were unhelpful, directing me to contact the company via email, which was the original issue I was trying to resolve. While I could have called the company, I preferred to communicate directly with the host, which is my personal preference. Overall great stay would recommend.

The property was clean and welcoming. Check in is easy, and early check in was offered. Check out was also very easy. One bathroom didn't have hand soap, and another bathroom had toilet paper in the toilet when we arrived which was a little gross. Overall it served what we needed and was a good place to stay.

We have come to the Bethany / Fenwick area for years and this rental was the nicest by far. Comfortable and well designed with great amenities. Looking forward to coming back.
