This condo is AMAZING! There are 2 Queen bed bedrooms, 1 king bed bedroom and a small bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds. The king bedroom and one Queen bedroom have on suite full bathrooms and the other full bathroom is in the bunk room, so you do have to go through a bedroom to get to all baths. No sofa beds. There are 2 reserved parking spots on the same level (floor 6) as the condo which is a HUGE convenience because no need for elevators. The wait for an elevator to get to the beach and/or pool is significant though. Since it's on the 6th floor, the stairs aren't that bad though. The condo was super clean and decorated nicely. There is nothing in the kitchen except dishes. No salt, pepper or anything like that so bring everything accordingly. The beds are comfortable and the location is right next to Pineapple Willys and a public beach access so the beach is a little crowded. There are buckets/toys for crab hunting and playing in the sand. The pool area is great. The condo door is right in front of an elevator which is convenient, but is private enough (hallway) where you aren't bothered by people waiting. I would definitely recommend and will book again!

Cons: The room smelled like a dead rat that maybe was in the air conditioning unit. We called to let them know and they put us off until the next day. We eventually got accustomed to the smell and it seemed to get a little better so we decided to deal with it because we figured it wouldn't be found. The two primary room beds were very very firm. The floor had not been mopped however it was swept. The parking at SOP is the worst parking of any place we have stayed. If you have a tiny car then you will do fine.Pros: It was clean over all and the unit had plenty of cook ware, however you may want to add some teaspoons. Furniture was fine and bedding was fine.
