Guest Access

The whole home is yours: all three levels, the private pool and backyard, the 45 ft dock and both kayaks. Self check-in is with a lockbox, and the entry is on the ground level. Park up to 4 vehicles plus a trailer on the property, with covered parking under the house. Stairs lead from the entry to the living area on the 2nd level and the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd levels.

Neighborhood

Your day starts at the water: the 45 ft private dock sits on a boating canal with easy access to the Atlantic Ocean, and the balconies look down the canal to open water. One guest called it a really beautiful home on the Atlantic with a view from the front and back, close to marinas, groceries, restaurants and other shopping. This is a waterfront neighborhood of canal homes and private docks, so expect boats passing on the canal.

Getting Around

Parking is on the property: space for 4 vehicles plus trailer parking, with covered parking under the house, so there is room to bring a boat trailer. Arriving by water? The 45 ft private deep-water dock is yours to use, and any boat within its usable 45 ft should fit. A recent guest found marinas, groceries, restaurants and shopping close by; message us and we will share our favorites.

Important Notes

• Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, with self check-in by lockbox.

• Exterior security cameras are present on the property and record both video and audio.

• Three levels and no elevator: parking and the entry are on the ground level, the living area and Bedroom 3 are on the 2nd level and two king suites are on the 3rd. Stairs are the only way up, and there are no ground-floor bedrooms.

• Air conditioning only: there is no home heating.

• Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax) and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.

• Dogs only (up to 2 dogs, 50 lb max each, prior approval required):

$250 + tax (1 pet) | $500 + tax (2 pets total)

• Maximum occupancy is set by city regulations—please review sleeping arrangements carefully

• Saturday–Saturday bookings may be required during peak and holiday seasons

House Rules

• A signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in (sent via DocuSign)

• Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching difficult for some guests

• Seasonal seaweed may affect canal conditions during certain times of year (natural occurrence in the Florida Keys)

• A 3.9% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations
