Cozy, centrally located accommodations, ideal for families, couples, or small groups.
The beautiful Poetto Beach is about 1 km away and can be reached with a pleasant 10- to 15-minute walk.
Just a short walk away, you’ll find restaurants, clubs, bars, and all the main amenities.
Perfect as a base for exploring southern Sardinia, it combines the convenience of the city with proximity to the sea.
The space
I’m passionate about music and wanted to add a touch that reflects my personal tastes, so you’ll find a few guitars, records from the ’60s and ’70s, and, in general, references to pop and rock music.
The apartment is accessible directly from the living room, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed; the living room is divided into a dining area and a relaxation area. There’s also an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils.
The living room leads directly to the furnished balcony, where you can dine outdoors.
On the opposite side of the apartment, you’ll find the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom, a closet, and a bathroom with a tub!
The bedroom opens onto an outdoor veranda.
The apartment offers two different views, to the north and to the south.
There is a split-system air conditioning/heating unit.
