Очень добрая хозяйка! Очень гостеприимная и заботливая

Location does not get much better - everything of interest is withing walking distance, yet a good distance from major roads (which is often an issue in Tbilisi). Nice view over old town.
Apartment has plenty of space, all appliances are of high quality, fully equipped kitchen.
Host, Nina, is very helpful - from making sure arrival/departure process handled efficiently, to providing helpful tips on things to do and see in Tbilisi and other regions of Georgia.
Soundproofing is a bit of an issue - one could hear the neighbors on occasion.
Also, as of last week of July 2026, there's a major construction project on Shota Rustaveli Prospect, so there are interruptions in water supply. This could last for a few months - check ahead.

La struttura della casa con soppalco ma soprattutto il pavimento storto in pendenza che dava l'ebbrezza di essere in nave pur essendo nel centro di Tbilisi
Non c'era il detersivo per la lavatrice

The hostess is very hospitable; on our very first day, she treated us to wine and fruit—she’s such a sweet and kind woman.
The house is simply amazing—cozy and comfortable, with a very pleasant atmosphere, and the bathroom is absolutely gorgeous!
Living in a house like this in a city like this is simply wonderful 🤍
