Clean and almost all necessary facilities for a pleasant stay for a couple. 7-8 minutes by car from Giardini Naxos Beach and 15-18 minutes from Taormina. Good value for money (at least half the money for a location with far less facilities). We had a free parking spot whenever we need it. The terrace is large enough and nice to stay outside (not a great view, but ok). An ashtray wood be very needed.
The shower cabin was quite small. We can't imagine a person above 80 kg fitting in. Luckily, we both are slim and not so tall. Even that, it was a proof of dexterity to wash :). You don't have any place to put the needed things in the bathroom. A bin in the kitchen wood be very useful.

An apartment was clean and comfortable. There was an air conditioning system that helped us a lot. There was cute balcony where we had our breakfast every morning. During the staying nothing disturbed us and the stuff was very friendly and helpful.
There was only one trash can in bathroom and not plenty of soap.
