Vistalago Hotel Khem Beach Phu Quoc

The location is the hotel’s main advantage: it is close to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Service was reasonably good at the beginning of my stay.

The staff seemed willing to help, but their promises too often failed to translate into action. By the second week, housekeeping had become inconsistent. The room was impractical for a longer stay: no wardrobe for clothes and nowhere suitable to hang towels. Breakfast was repetitive, with some variation of pho served around 90% of the time. A few simple, familiar alternatives would have been welcome. The cleanliness of the breakfast area was particularly disappointing: dirty tables, tissues and beer cans on the floor. Not how you want to start your morning. Cigarette smoke entered the bathroom and toilet through the ventilation system, and the staff showed little willingness to resolve the problem. Management never contacted me despite my request.
