Niko the host is amazing!!! Amazing location

Tout était super, l’emplacement, le logement mais le plus qui a rendu notre séjour incroyable c’est le personnel. Hyper gentil, serviable et à l’écoute. La communication est très fluide et très rapide. Merci à Nicolo qui a vraiment été génial avec nous ! Nous recommandons à 100%.

Rien, seulement la montée un peu raide mais avec un scooter c’est facile.

The bungalows are located up a hill with a nice view to the seaside, within a nice neighbourhood surrounded by other bungalows and walking distance from the beach. Mind it if you are on a top bungalow, you have quite a few stairs, but I honestly liked the small walk. The bungalows are recently renovated, they are quite big, with a double bed, a small kitchenette [microwave and water boiler], a quite big bathroom and my bungalow had an extra small room you could use for storage. There is air-conditioning and hot water. The entryway has an outside deck with two chairs and a small table where you can sit to enjoy the view [but beware of mosquitos!!] ****************************************************************************************************************************** Final part of what I didn't like Also, this place unfortunately isn’t the best if you need to rest. It’s totally not the fault of the owner, but it is true it tends to be loud. The high concentration of bungalows and villas in the area makes it easy to have noisy neighbours. In my case, I had a full-on WEDDING party of foreign tourists in the villa next to my bungalow on the first night of my stay. It was so loud I had to call the owner at 9:30 PM who kindly went to talk to them and ask to lower the volume, but it was a rough night. On the second night, on Thursday, the Apple Bar had a DJ set going on until 2 AM. Considering I was there 4 nights and I got to rest two, I would not recommend this place for quiet stays. Again, this is NOT in any way a lack of the owner, nor of the staff of the bungalow, and I might have been unlucky with these events, but it’s something I felt should be shared for others to be able to choose according to what they like.

I was in one of the bungalows on the top and unfortunately that meant less water pressure. Shower was OK but the sink had hardly enough water to brush your teeth. The service was far from what I had experienced in any other Thai property. I am a solo traveller who booked a full bungalow for myself, and I was welcomed with a "since it's you alone and you are staying 4 nights there is no need to change your bedsheets!". Which is fair, but a bit unexpected considering I am paying the same price as all other bungalows and I am expecting the same treatment, even if it's only me. So, I asked if they would be changing the towels and cleaning the room at all, and the owner confirmed that if I wanted to, that could be done. After the second night, I asked if they could clean the bungalow, and provide new towels for the last 2 days, and empty the rubbish [I said, no need for clean bedsheets, since that seemed to be too much to ask at this point!]. I was expecting the cleaning lady to go in a swipe a bit the floor which was covered in sand [unfortunately going to the beach it's hard to keep it clean]. Instead, the owner handed me 2 plastic bags for rubbish and put one towel on the chair outside the bungalow and that was it. In 4 days they never cleaned the bungalow or provided fresh water, nor have they swiped the room after I asked for them to clean. In any other property I stayed in Thailand they would provide water daily, clean the room every day or every second day, and provide new towels on a daily basis, and they would provide 2, since I paid for a double room. Other than that, the owner doesn't live on the premises, so, for any issues or information you need to reach him via WhatsApp, and hope he's there to check the mobile. He is usually very responsive, but it’s not the same as having a person on the premises.
