Soft Nest

Awesome place. Rooms feel new and clean, good location, and I must give a shoutout to our contact at the hotel, Mufthy. He was awesome, always available, really made us feel at home and always energetic with a super strong sense of service, took care of everything we needed, even when we had a problem with our taxi back to Colombo he helped to find another one on the last minute. We had a problem with out toilet and we told him, and it was solved the day after. I think Mufthy made the whole experience much better, everything you want from a hotel service and more

We had a problem with the smell from the toilet, but it was fixed when we told them In addition there is currently no desk near the bed and it was better ir there was Also, really nitpicking, but the tap water for the legs in the outside was above gravel floor and it was not not efficient to wash our legs there after surfing. Not really a big issue but noteworthy.

The building is new, well clean all the time, the crew is kind and always welcoming, Mufthy especially is a dear person that gives the guests family feeling, taking care of everything
