The hotel looks new and overall impression of the hotel from entrance to room is good. Staff were all smiley and polite. We would like to comment that Grace who received us at our book-in was there to greet us by name every morning in the breakfast at the restaurant. Grace was very helpful, responsive and informative. Bath tub in the room is clean and can accommodate 2 pax. Very pleasing that Solaria provided bath salt. Breakfast spread has a good variety of western and Asian choices. The chicken pho is very delicious! Will definitely recommends Solaria to friends travelling to Hanoi.

Generally nothing much. Only that the floor in the bathroom is slippery, has feedback to the hotel. Suggest to wear bedroom slipper when showering to avoid slip and fall. For ladies, best to bring hair conditioner as they do not provide. For guests who are wheelchair bound, there is a short flight of stairs into the hotel.

The hotel itself was very nice.

We just had constant issues with our time there. Incorrect treatments, they forced us to take a car to the airport which they provided us with that we had to wait 45 minutes for instead of the 5 we would’ve had to have waited for a grab. As such we got to the airport 2 hours before our flight and due to delays in security (hotel staff recommended us three hours before departure due to this being common), we weren’t able to eat and therefore didn’t get dinner all night
