Close to things we did.
No hot water when arrived at 11:30pm on first night. Woke up and still no hot water. The office in the apartment building said to contact the host. They do not answer their emergency phone number, and the other number listed on booking is for their office in SPAIN! They tried to say we didn't addresss the issue till 4pm the second day, but I showed them proof that was a lie. Multiple messages to the booking platform and the email address went unanswered. Nobody would answer the emergency phone number. Even had to contact them again after the technicians said they would be back in 10 minutes, and it was over an hour still nobody came back. And the messages went unanswered for an hour. I went back and read some of the other reviews and I wish I had done that before booking with them. Please read reviews before deciding.
