The room itself was nicely laid out, it had all of the things we needed. We didn't meet the host, but they were contactable via WhatsApp and did check in to ensure we (and other guests) had arrived safe. The host also allowed us to keep our baggage there during the day of check out, which was massively helpful, which we've given extra points for here. They have facilities to clean/dry clothes on the top floor too.

The room we stayed in would have benefitted from more damp treatment/prevention, as there was a strong damp smell when we arrived, with significant signs of water damage to our walls (understandable to an extent with it being a wet season). We got the smell mostly under control with the Aircon operating on dry for a day, but we would recommend to the host to do this/something else to rectify this issue prior to guests staying.

I love comfortable bed ,shower was very nice , closet roomy , cold AC and fan , windows look down into busy streets, fridge was cold, working lift was necessary., spa and massage handy. Coffee and tea next door, very convenient, several food places to eat. In vicinity. .the room met all my needs ❤

When I arrive at airport Hanoi late 2200, 2300, I didn't have data to communicate with hotel after flying here 20hrs the check in instructions were too late, so the automatic Rollin door needed a pass word. To get into the building. I called the manager he sent someone to help me get inside The wifi instructions got me the info I needed. The taxi driver couldn't find the address because its apartment above the spa. The manager was kind and gracious and helpful. Definitely wanted cash VND. Next morning I was up early trying to exit the building. It was dark. On first level, I tried to see what to do. The code and metal door was closed til later i asked for help again to escape. For coffee or food .I used whats app to chat with manager and it worked out. It wasn't anyone fault I didn't have data for the self checking in instructions information.

Es war sauber

Es gibt keine Rezeption. Man muss durch ein Nagelstudio gehen, um zum Hotelzimmer zu gelangen. Möchte man nach Feierabend des Nagelstudios raus oder rein gehen muss man erst das Gatter hoch lassen. Man musste bar an die Besitzerin des Nagelstudios zahlen, was uns natürlich verunsichert hat, ob das Geld wirklich beim Hotelpersonal ankommt. Kommuniziert wurde über WhatsApp

Отличное расположение, все инструкции по доступу в апартаменты хозяин отправляет своевременно. Для недолгой остановки в соотношении цена - качество - подходит хорошо. Бесконтактное заселение.

Не хватает места для сушки вещей :)
