Location is a strong asset of this accommodation. It is only a two-minute walk from a long row of restaurants and cafes. Some of them are the best in town. And it is a 17-minute walk from the old town, where most of the action is.
the accommodation has the expected problems of a renovated old building. Smell of dampness, no soundproofing, so the neighbours could be annoying if they didn't show some consideration. The metal spiral stair connecting the two levels is practically unusable for carrying luggage to the bedroom, which is on the upper level; thus, you have to carry up what you need separately.

Appartamento piccolo ma carino, perfetto per due persone. Un po' datato, ma accogliente. Dotato di tutto ciò che può servire per cucinare: bollitore, macchina da caffè, forno, frigo. Wi-Fi velocissimo. Aria condizionata efficiente. Letto molto comodo. Ottima posizione. Proprietario gentilissimo.
Pulizia non impeccabile, soprattutto sotto il letto, dove non guardi mai salvo quando ti cade qualcosa. Lo scarico della doccia funziona poco, per cui il bagno tende ad allargarsi. Le finestre, meglio non aprirle perché sono ad altezza marciapiede, per via della posizione della casa. Si sentono i passi dal piano di sopra. Nessuno di questi difetti è grave, noi ci siamo stati bene.

The location of the property was perfect! Close to the beach, to seaside tavernas and bars, to the city center and to a small shop. We had everything we needed very close.
The flat we rented (no. 3) was not very clean, and the humidity was very bad also the bathroom is extremely small and uncomfortable to shower in. None of our clothes could dry in that humidity. There was no sponge to was the dishes.
The floors are made from wood, so when the upstairs neighbors were home we could not sleep due to the noise.
