Host was responsive. Location was convenient to the activities we were doing. Accommodation was spacious.
The place needs a thorough cleaning. There was debris on the bathroom floor, the outside of the toilet tank was dirty, and one bathroom sink had a white substance stuck to it in a few places. Only two coffee pods were provided even though three of us were staying there. This could be a really great place if more attention to detail was given.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit drei Zimmern, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Ebenso auch mit Waschmaschine&Tumbler. Terrasse mit Grill und Liegestuhl sowie Kuscheldecken. Echter Glückstreffer.
Buche sofort wieder diese Unterkunft, wenn ich wieder in North Van bin.

Steve was a lovely host and very helpful and available if and when needed.
The accommodation as in lounge, main bedroom, en-suite and balcony were lovely.
Unfortunately as a couple the noise of children running overhead in all room of the apartment and screaming was more than expected!
The whole bathroom is in need of TLC. Whilst the low bath is used as a shower tray it is chipped and the seal around the unit needs to be cleaned/replaced. The water ran hot and cold, mainly cold the second morning and whilst I thought to say to Steve we were leaving for our flight so didn’t. Also the hairdryer switch didn’t work so needed to plug and unplug from the socket, not good whilst blow drying your hair.
