The central location is very convenient for the railway station, ferries, the bus to Malpensa, and the excellent local restaurants and cafes. The apartment is spacious, very well-equipped and comfortable. Roberto is very welcoming and an excellent source of useful local information. Although it is central, the apartment was not noisy. The nearby church has a beautiful carillon that chimes at 8am, but seemed to be quiet until then. There were street musicians playing in the nearby piazza, but they do not go on late into the night, so we were not bothered by them either. We took Roberto's guidance on local restaurants and found Centrale (fresh pasta) and Pappagallo's (superb pizzas) both to be excellent. And if you find you need anything, there is a small Carrefour across the road. The Alibus direct to Malpensa airport leaves from a stop only 200m away. I am struggling to think of anything. A second pillow option would be useful, but that is about it. The only concern that we had beforehand was that the reviews seemed to be too good to be true, but they were right!

We had a great time here, this is a fantastic apartment, in a great location,;2 minutes from the lake, handy for the ferry boats with a supermarket less than 20 metres away. Communication with Roberto was first class, we did self checkin and he called that evening to show us how everything worked air-conditioning, cooker, washing machine etc. Thanks for the restaurant recommendations all less than 5 minutes away.

Excellent brand-new apartment in the heart of Stresa, close to restaurants, shops, and just 20 meters from Carrefour. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, and all the detergents and cleaning products you may need. Despite being located on one of the main streets, the apartment is very quiet at night. The host was extremely helpful and gave us a warm welcome. One thing to keep in mind is that parking in Stresa can be difficult to find in August, especially during the busy summer period. However, the host kindly provided us with several parking spots where we had a better chance of finding a space. Highly recommended!

We really loved our stay in the apartment and our time in Stresa! The apartment is perfectly located with restaurants, bars, bakery, grocery store and the lake very close by. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony with a morning breakfast and evening wine.
