Was super nice and modern with all Nice amenities! The owners are very sweet and caring! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day!

施設内の清潔さ･設備･ウェルカムフードの充実と スタッフの丁寧な対応、ロケーション、立地の良さ全てが最高でした。今回は1泊だけでしたが、1泊では勿体ないくらいのクオリティーでした！また京都に来た際は利用したいです(*^^*)

The whole place is well designed and built. A lot of real wood is used and the overall feeling is really well balanced. The place is clean and properly maintained. It’s such a pleasure to be able to just stand on the wooden flooring with bare foot indoors. Bathroom and toilet is probably the best you could find. We had baths every night to get off the tiredness after a whole day’s outing. Highly recommended if you care about this part of the property. The host was super helpful, replied our questions promptly and provided us light breakfast to boost up the day. They also gave us good introductions to the neighborhood and sightseeing suggestions, which turned out to be very useful, since the street was filled with people basically all day long.

NOTE: this is NOT what I don’t like - it’s more of some quirky points/tips for whoever is reading my review and thinking about booking. There is no blackout shades and the room will be pretty much bright once the sun is up. The outside noise is little but you will definitely hear the bus and all the cars passing by — you cannot expect a wooden house to be soundproofed like a concrete one. Use eye mask and ear plugs if you are sensitive to these elements. The host has provided these already.

La struttura è meravigliosa! Sopra una galleria d’arte e con ogni comodità. Con tutti i servizi a disposizione dal forno microonde alla lavatrice. Bagno perfetto e completo. Pulizia eccellente. Il nostro ospite è meraviglioso e cortese, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Piccolo giardino rilassante a disposizione dopo una giornata a visitare templi. Dalle finestre ci si affaccia su un piccolo tempio bellissimo.
