Location was good, although there were junkies/homeless people very close to the property at all times (next door close). Nice view from the apartment. Spacious and private place. Nice smell inside :) Easy access to the property.
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired...Hair in the washroom, filthy fridge, crumbs on the kitchen counter on the arrival, face cloth smelled disgusting and there were only 2 of them :((( Lots of clutter and unnecessary furniture throughout (assuming the owner actually lives there when it's not being used as airbnb. No air conditioning or ventilation. Also, no indication on where everything is, like toilet paper and stuff, had to go through stuff to replenish.

De ligging is gunstig, op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden.
Het appartement is huiselijk ingericht en comfortabel.
Dichtbij de Skytrain.
Het was er nogal warm, ondanks de airco.

Great location, nicely maintained or renewed property (can’t tell which one but in great shape). Great places to eat nearby. Great advice from the owner as to the best places to visit on a rainy day.
The major drawback was the lack of included parking. There were several paid parking lots nearby but for this price I was expecting a free one. Not a real show stopper but would be a nice perk.
