Big room and clean property.
The coffee machine is hard to use and there was no water. Bathroom amenities are very poor. The nightly rate is quite high given the location.

The location is perfect for anyone who does not need much and is only in Rome for a short time! Would not recommend if you are traveling with children or older adults but the location makes up for most things since its walking distance from the colosseum and has an elevator so you don't have to walk up with heavy bags.
We rented for four people and two of us had to sleep in a bunk bed, which is not the most comfortable, but our stay was for a short time and the location is too good to pass up.

La posizione era ottima. Vicino al Colosseo raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 mi è vicino alla metro per raggiungere tutto il resto (7/8 min). Ha delle colonnine elettriche davanti casa e ho visto anche un parcheggio a pagamento (garage interrato) lì vicino. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato nei parcheggi in strada a pagamento … girando un po’ si può trovare.
È un po’ spartana. Ma d’altronde ha un buon prezzo.
La doccia non aveva l’acqua particolarmente calda e il doccino è da cambiare. Invece l’aria condizionata funzionava bene.
