SUNRISE Juman Beach Resort

We visited as two families, starting our holiday at SUNRISE Juman Beach before moving to SUNRISE Alora for part of our stay. Although our time at SUNRISE Juman Beach was short, we really appreciated its exceptionally beautiful, sandy beach. Special thanks to Mr. Sameh Saad, the General Manager, for his hospitality and support. At SUNRISE Alora, we had a wonderful experience! The aqua park was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and renovated, and there were plenty of activities and evening shows. We especially appreciated the dedicated areas for kids and adults, including separate dining areas, which made the stay comfortable for everyone. The variety of à la carte restaurants, including Italian, Mexican, and Egyptian, was another great highlight. The staff at Alora really made a difference. Special thanks to Mr. Osama from Reservations, Mr. Omar at Reception, Mr. Ahmed, the Restaurant Manager, and Mr. Abdallah El Maqreshy from drinks service. The entire restaurant team at Alora, including the Italian restaurant staff, were incredibly helpful and attentive, always offering recommendations and genuinely making an effort to give us the best experience. Overall, a lovely family holiday, made even better by the wonderful people who looked after us. We'd happily visit again!
