Great location, great facilities

Location is perfect. Close to everything. It's very spacious, clean and well presented. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Very clear instructions with videos to get into the building.

Wifi not working initially, but when we called the managers came immediately to sort it out (thankyou Frede and Luca). We struggled to use the cooker and coffee machine but found out an instruction page was missing from the welcome booklet. Very minor niggle.

Entry instructions were very clearly given and easy to follow - the numbers on the external keypad were a little bit small to make out without my reading glasses but that was easily remedied! The lift access meant my elderly mum didn't have to negotiate the stairs and we were pleased with how clean and comfortable we found the apartment The central location is fantastic with quick access to all manner of shops and facilities, most of the key attractions are within easy reach, and you'll be spoilt for choice with eatery options. Had we not brought our own supplies, we'd have been able to have a cuppa on arrival with the basic provisions made available, which is a nice touch. On discovering a problem closing a window, messages were exchanged and resulted in Luca coming out and resolving within a short space of time for which we were very grateful. We hope to return for another visit in the spring so will definitely be checking availability :)

It wasn't really an issue because of the time of year, but we couldn't work out how to get the towel rails to come on in either the en-suite or main bathroom and couldn't find any instructions. It may be they only kick in below certain temperatures but we'd have been reassured to see some literature available about how to activate if necessary.

Lots of space, clean and lots of extras. Coffee, tea, washing machine with detergent. Mostly quiet. Excellent location

There are lots of other holiday flats nearby by, it was mostly quiet, but there were some young people coming in later on at night. It really wasn't a major problem, not any worse than hotels to be honest. It was quiet most of the time.
