À propos de cette location de vacances
The house has two separate entrances. The main entrance opens onto a spacious living room with an open kitchen, connected to one of the terraces furnished with a dining table—the ideal spot for dining al fresco, reading, or working in peace, surrounded by greenery.
Moving on, you’ll find two bedrooms—one double and one triple—both with private bathrooms. The triple bedroom also has its own separate entrance, offering greater privacy and convenience.
This is our family home, built by our grandfather Franco in the 1960s. At the time, this part of the island was nothing but olive groves, fig trees, and cherry trees—some of which can still be seen in the garden. Since then, our entire family has spent much of our time here every summer—whether on vacation, for special occasions, or simply on weekends.
It is, therefore, a “lived-in” home, and you’ll find many mementos, books, photographs, and personal items that hold great sentimental value for us and make it unique. We kindly ask that you treat them with the care and respect they deserve.
We hope you’ll enjoy the house as much as we have over the years!
The location is perfect for discovering the island’s most authentic side: just a short walk from the Roman ruins of Villa Damecuta and the famous Blue Grotto.
The atmosphere is relaxed, homey, and surrounded by nature—ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway away from the crowds.
Everything is easily accessible on foot or by local public transportation:
- Blue Grotto – 20-minute walk / 5-minute bus ride
- Villa Damecuta – 5-minute walk
- Anacapri town center – 20-minute walk / 5-minute bus ride
- Punta Carena Lighthouse – 20-minute bus ride
- Marina Grande – 35-minute bus ride
