Shared pool, spa and gym access is subject to building rules; pool induction is required before use.

THREE BEDROOMS FOR YOUR GROUP
Three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living and dining area give friends or colleagues room to stay together. Bedrooms have two queen beds and one double bed, sleeping six. The sofa bed is prepared for bookings of seven to eight; for smaller groups, ask the host about bedding availability and any extra fee before booking.

PARKING INCLUDED
One undercover on-site car space is included. The existing parking information specifies a 2.1 m height limit and 2.5 m bay width; check your vehicle dimensions and follow the arrival instructions.

WORK AND LONGER VISITS
Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, Smart TV, heating and cooling, a full kitchen and in-apartment washer and dryer make it practical to settle in. A base for MCEC events and Melbourne city visits; check the route to your particular venue entrance rather than assuming all attractions are the same walking distance.

SHARED FACILITIES
The building pool, spa, gym and BBQ areas are shared, not private. Access is subject to building rules and availability. Pool induction must be completed before pool use; confirm the current session arrangements before planning a swim.

ARRIVAL AND STORAGE
Key collection requires valid personal ID. Paid luggage storage is offered at the key collection location; ask the store for prices and arrangements. Contact your host for apartment support.

OTHER DETAILS
Please note: we provide one set of fob and key per guest group like any other apartments in Airbnb. We provide one set of towel per person per stay.

— Pool induction —
Due to recent building regulations, all visitors are required to complete a pool induction if they wish to use the pool facilities. Induction sessions are available daily at 7:30 pm. Please check with the front desk for more information. Please note that you may not be able to access the pool facilities unless the induction has been completed.

— Key Polices —
For security reasons, the key collection staff will request a valid personal ID for verification. This building policy applies to guests from all platforms, not just Airbnb. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note if you lost your key, there will be a $350 fee to get a new set (including labour fees) for the apartment.

Please note If you need someone to open the door because you lock yourself out, it will cost $200 to open the door.

— Sofa bed —
Please note: the sofa bed is available and will only be prepared for groups of 7 to 8 guests. For groups of up to 6 guests, additional bedding will not be provided. If your group has fewer than 6 guests and you require use of the sofa bed and its bedding, an additional bedding fee will apply. Please check with your host for details.

— Kitchen Drawers —
Please note that these drawers are equipped with a soft-close mechanism that requires a bit of gentle force to close properly. If you find a drawer isn’t closing, avoid pushing it forcefully. Instead, closing it again with a little push. You may need to do this a few times until you get the feel for the right amount of force. Thank you for your understanding!

— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.

For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.

— No shoes indoor —
This is the permanent home of the owner of the house, as per the house rule - please remove your shoes at the entrance to maintain cleanliness and hygiene indoors. We do provide indoor slippers but feel free to bring your own ones.

— Use of the bathroom —
Please note, due to frequent bathroom use by large groups, the shower drain may occasionally become blocked by hair during longer stays. If you notice water starting to build up in the bathroom, please stop using it immediately and contact the hosts.

Failure to report the issue may result in water damage to the carpet and timber flooring, and any necessary repairs may be charged to the guest.

We welcome insurance, relocation, and medium- to long-term accommodation bookings. We are flexible and happy to tailor the property setup to your needs, including rearranging or removing furniture where possible. Rates and stay arrangements may be negotiable depending on the length of stay and specific requirements.
