A Shore Thing is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with designated office space located in the highly desirable SE Cape Coral with direct Gulf access and southern facing pool, centrally located to restaurants, shops and Cape Coral Yacht Club with its vibrant scene, it's the perfect spot to relax, explore, and make unforgettable memories.
From the moment you step through the elegant double glass doors, you'll be greeted by fantastic views of the lanai and pool, with the living spaces taking center and an office and formal dining space on each side.
