Magnificent 18th century farmhouse located in the Drôme des collines, 15 minutes from Valence, at the gates of the magnificent park of the VERCORS.
HOUSE very quiet with a surface area of more than 350m2. 10 minutes from the first walks, and the foothills of the Vercors, many charming villages.
The Vercors is a huge natural playground, with breathtaking landscapes, waterfalls and rivers, but also the Diois, Kayaking on the Drôme, hiking in the forest of Saou, Clairette de Die...
House also close to the village of Chabeuil and shops.
It comprises on the first floor a very large fitted kitchen of 35m², dining room of 35m², large living room of 50m² with a large fireplace, small living room with stove, video room, a suite with its bathroom and a very accessible bedroom on the first floor overlooking the garden. Upstairs 1 suite and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool bath.
A small adjoining cottage, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Outside, there is a garden area, a pergola, a shaded area, a swimming pool secured by a fence, a petanque court, a bbq and pizza oven, a vegetable garden, a chicken coop and parking secured by a large gate.
